Aproximativ 45% dintre români vor să îşi schimbe locul de muncă după pandemie. Cele mai mari șanse pentru găsirea unui post disponibil au programatorii, specialiştii şi muncitorii calificaţi, arată un sondaj al platformei de recrutare onlin eJobs România.
Totodată, 14,5% dintre respondenţi nu planifiică schimbări, 11% vor să urmeze cursuri de reconversie profesională, iar 9% vor să părăsească țara. Doar 6,5% vor să-și deschidă propria afacere și numai 5% se gândesc să solicite mărirea salariului.
23% dintre participanţii la studiu cred că cele mai mari șanse pentru găsirea unui loc de muncă îl au specialiştii, 21% consideră că programatorii sunt favoriți, 15% spun că muncitorii calificaţi, 14% tinerii fără experienţă, 12,5% muncitorii necalificaţi şi 7,4% persoanele peste 45 de ani. Pe ultimele locuri sunt liber profesioniştii – 4,3% şi managerii – 2,8%.
52% sunt de părere că acum este cel mai bun moment pentru a se angaja sau a-şi schimba locul de muncă, 20% cred că, această vară va fi potrivită pentru o schimbare, 12% cred că din toamnă, iar 10% estimează că din 2022 își va reveni piaţa muncii.
Motivele pentru care schimbarea locului de muncă este potrivită acum sunt salariul mai mare 31%, oportunități de creștere – 17%, o companie mai stabilă – 12%, un alt domeniu de activitate – 11%. Totodată, 6% ar renunța la job pentru a pleca în străinătate.
