Tragedia de la Arad care a îngrozit o țară întreagă din cauza cruzimii cu care a fost omorâtă o fetiță de șase ani a adus din nou în atenția publicului o altă nenorocire petrecută în același oraș, în luna mai a acestui an: asasinatul cu bombă în care a murit omul de afaceri Ion Crișan.
Sunt cinci luni de la acest eveniment unic în România, fără ca autorul să fii fost prins. Suntem la început de noiembrie, iar Parchetul General, instituție care a preluat ancheta, a amuțit, deși inițial anchetatorii, inclusiv ministrul de Interne și șefii din Poliția Română au fost foarte vocali și asigurau că vinovatul/vinovații vor fi prinși în cel mai scurt timp.
A doua zi de la explozia mașinii în care se afla afaceristul Ion Crișan, la Arad s-a deplasat o echipă de experți de la București, criminaliști, pirotehniști, profileri, specialiști de la Serviciul Arme Explozivi și Substanțe Periculoase, în total peste o sută de polițiști. Inclusiv ministrul de Interne, Lucian Bode, s-a deplasat la Arad, iar Eduard Mirițescu, atunci împuternicit în funcția de adjunct al inspectorului general al Poliției Române, a fost trimis să coordoneze ancheta polițiștilor. Ulterior chiar inspecotrul șef a fost trimis de ministru la Arad.
“In ziua în care s-a petrecut tragedia, 29 mai, am trimis de urgență un elicopter IGAv, mai mulți șefi de structuri în frunte cu adjunctul IGPR, domnul Mirițescu. Acesta a coordonat ancheta și a coordonat structurile Poliției Romane acolo. Domnul Mirițescu s-a întors la IGPR și, într-o întâlnire pe care am avut-o cu domnul inspector general, am decis împreuna ca domnia sa să meargă la Arad să coordoneze toate activitățile de acolo și domnul Mirițescu să se întoarcă. Nu este nimic anormal sau spectaculos ca domnul inspector general este acolo”, preciza Bode la o saptamana de la producerea asasinatului.
La începutul lunii iunie, oficiali din MAI încă mai făceau declarații pe margiea cazului. Pe 2 iunie, Bode anunța că s-au dispus verificări la toate firmele din țară care comercializează explozibili. “Noi, Ministerul Afacerilor Interne, suntem implicaţi pentru a sprijini această anchetă cu structuri de la toate direcţiile, astfel încât, în cel mai scurt timp, autorul, autorii să fie traşi la răspundere”, spunea în vară Lucian Bode.
Ulterior, declarațiile s-au rezumat la explicații că ancheta este în curs, iar Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție, Secția de urmărire penală și criminalistică, lucrează la caz.
Surse apropiate de anchetă au precizat că într-adevăr în cazul asasinatului cu bombă de la Arad au fost audieri ”în fluviu”, inclusiv pe timpul nopții. S-a mers de la bun început pe ipoteza unui omor la comandă, iar informațiile strânse pe parcursul anchetei indicau drept autori ai crimei cetățeni din afara țării. Aceleași surse au explicat că listingul convorbirilor telefonice care au fost realizate de pe telefonul mobil al victimei au indicat o pistă către posibilii autori ai asasinatului, cetățeni străini sau care locuiesc în afara României. Au fost chiar solicitatate aprobări pentru percheziții, dar acestea nu s-au concretizat, susțin sursele citate. La un moment dat se vorbea despre tensiuni între polițiștii implicați în anchetă și procurorul de caz.
Oficial nu se știe decât că Parchetul General face cercetări pentru omor calificat (cu premeditare), nimic mai mult.
Imediat după explozie, au apărut speculațiile pe marginea acestui caz, în lipsa unor date concrete. Considerațiile venite din partea unor criminaliști cu experiență păreau firești în lunile mai-iunie. Ancheta era abia la început, audierile încă nu se finalizaseră, a fost nevoie de studierea secundă cu secundă a imaginilor surprinse de camerele de luat vederi din zona producerii evenimentului, iar adunarea probelor necesita timp. La șase luni ne aflăm exact în același loc, cu o singură excepție. O ipoteză care inițial fusese exclusă din lista căilor pe care ar trebui să meargă anchetatorii, apare tot mai frecvent în discuțiile neoficiale: sinuciderea.
Speculațiile publice
Afaceristul Ion Crișan era colaborator al polițiștilor și oferea informații despre contrabandiștii din zona de vest a țării. Omul deținea una dintre puţinele ferme de somn african din Europa de Est, amenajată în perimetrul unei foste fabrici de cânepă situată la câţiva kilometri de municipiul Arad. S-a afirmat că se învârtea într-un mediu care l-ar fi putut ajuta să obțină informațiile de care avea nevoie poliția. Odată ce acest detaliu din activitatea lui s-a aflat, Ciran a fost eliminat într-un mod spectaculos pentru a fid at exemplu altora cu înclinații similar. Cu doar câteva zile înainte de crimă, polițiștii din Arad au făcut o captură importantă de țigări de contrabandă.
Ulterior au apărut informații cu privire la o relație extraconjugală pe care Crișan ar fi avut-o cu una dintre colaboratoarele sale și s-a conturat în spațiul public ipoteza unei răzbunări pasionale. Această ipoteză nu a fost confirmată niciodată de către anchetatori nici măcar pe surse.
S-a speculat de asemenea că arădeanul ar fi avut relații de afaceri cu influenți oameni politici locali, dat fiind faptul că fiica sa a fost căsătorită cu un deputat liberal, dar nici această ipoteză nu a fost confirmată oficial de către procurori.
Ar rămâne în picioare doar prima variantă, cea a unei execuții la comanda contrabandiștilor sau a unor influenți oameni de afaceri.
Surse judiciare susțin că în spatele asasinatului se afla un personaj cu multă experiență, iar pentru distrugerea autoturismului în care se afla Crișan nu s-a folosit o bombă artizanală banală pe care ar fi putut să o realizeze cineva urmând instrucțiunile sau sfatul cuiva.
