Divizia de dezvoltare comercială a Skanska din CEE are un nou Vicepreşedinte Executiv

Aurelia Luca, Vicepreşedinte Executiv al Operaţiunilor din România îşi extinde aria de responsabilitate prin preluarea pieţei din Ungaria. Cu peste 20 de ani de experienţă în dezvoltarea imobiliară, Aurelia face parte din echipa Skanska de aproape 10 ani, potrivit unui comunicat remis redacţiei.

Aurelia Luca este noul Vicepreşedinte Executiv al Operaţiunilor din Ungaria şi România pentru divizia de dezvoltare comercială a Skanska din CEE. Aurelia s-a alăturat echipei Skanska în 2012, în calitate de Leasing Manager, iar în 2018 a fost numită în funcţia de Director General la Skanska Property România, alăturându-se Echipei de Management a diviziei de dezvoltare de birouri din CEE. Aurelia s-a alăturat, în 2020, Echipei de Directori Executivi a diviziei de dezvoltare comercială a Skanska din Europa Centrală şi de Est. La începutul anului 2021, ea a preluat operaţiunile din Ungaria, devenind Vicepreşedinte Executiv pentru Operaţiunile din Ungaria şi România. Din această poziţie Aurelia este acum responsabilă pentru activitatea de dezvoltare comercială a Skanska în Bucureşti şi Budapesta.

“Sunt mândră să mă alătur echipei din Ungaria şi sunt convinsă că împreună vom putea valorifica toate oportunităţile şi sinergiile dintre cele două ţări pe care le conduc. Atât în România cât şi în Ungaria avem foarte multe bune practici, inspiraţie şi energie pozitivă, gata de împărtăşit”, a declarat Aurelia Luca, Vicepreşedinte Executiv pentru Operaţiunile din Ungaria şi România din cadrul diviziei de dezvoltare imobiliară a Skanska din CEE.

Echipa din România a dezvoltat până în prezent 7 clădiri de birouri în 3 proiecte, cu un total de 134 000 m2. Chiar şi în condiţii de pandemie anul acesta Skanska a finalizat şi vândut clădirile de birouri Campus 6.2 şi Campus 6.3, primele clădiri pre-certificate WELL din România şi primele clădiri cu o pistă de alergat pe acoperiş. În februarie, Skanska a început dezvoltarea celei de a doua clădiri de birouri din cadrul complexului Equilibrium. La finalizare, în Q1 2023, întregul complex compus din două clădiri va oferi o suprafaţă închiriabilă de 40.800 de metri pătraţi şi va dispune de un mix unic de spaţii verzi de relaxare, cu mobilier urban dotat cu prize electrice şi acoperire wireless, dar şi de numeroase facilităţi pentru a încuraja mobilitatea urbană şi un stil de viaţă activ.

Skanska continuă să fie un trendsetter în regiune, în dezvoltarea de clădiri de birouri sustenabile, dar şi sănătoase şi sigure. În timpul conducerii Aureliei, Campus 6.2 şi Equilibrium 1 au fost primele clădiri de birouri din România care au obţinut certificarea WELL Health & Safety Rating. Obiectivul Aureliei este acela de a continua dezvoltarea în România şi Ungaria de clădiri de birouri care îndeplinesc cele mai înalte standarde şi contribuie la atingerea obiectivului strategic Skanska, de a avea “net-zero” emisii de carbon până la sfârşitul anului 2045.

În acelaşi timp, Mariusz Krzak, Vicepreşedinte Executiv al Operaţiunilor din Polonia preia operaţiunile din Republica Cehă, fiind acum responsabil pentru pieţele din Praga, Varşovia şi Wroc³aw.
