Aproape 48 milioane de francezi cu drept de vot sunt chemaţi în această duminică la urne pentru al doilea tur al alegerilor regionale şi departamentale în Franţa, după un prim tur de scrutin marcat de o rată record de absenteism şi un scor dezamăgitor atât pentru partidul preşedintelui Emmanuel Macron, cât şi pentru extrema dreaptă, relatează Reuters şi AFP, potrivit Agerpres.
Duminica trecută, 66,72% dintre francezii înscrişi pe listele electorale – adică mai mult de doi din trei alegători – nu au participat la vot, potrivit Ministerului de Interne, ceea ce constituie un record pentru un scrutin de la începutul celei de-a V-a Republici, în 1958, până în prezent.
În cursul întregii săptămâni, cele mai multe partide politice, şocate de aceste cifre record, au luat în considerare unele schimbări. Mai mulţi responsabili ai majorităţii, între care purtătorul de cuvânt al guvernului, Gabriel Attal, s-au declarat votului electronic în viitor, în timp ce pe termen scurt alţii au mizat pe o campanie “fulger” pe reţelele de socializare pentru a-i incita pe alegători să voteze duminică.
Dar sarcina se anunţă dificilă: potrivit unui sondaj publicat joi, doar 36% dintre francezi intenţionează să meargă la urne în al doilea tur de scrutin.
Amânate din cauza pandemiei, alegerile din 20 şi 27 iunie vor reînnoi organismele executive din 12 regiuni metropolitane, deţinute în prezent de formaţiunile de dreapta, de centru şi de Partidul Socialist, notează sursa citată.
Printre mizele scrutinului figurează posibilitatea ca Adunarea Naţională (Rassemblement National /RN/, fostul Front Naţional), prezidată de Marine Le Pen, să conducă o regiune pentru prima dată în istoria sa, întrucât candidatul său, Thierry Mariani, s-a clasat pe primul loc duminica trecută în Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Dar rezultatul primului tur a fost dezamăgitor pentru Adunarea Naţională, de extremă dreaptă, în raport cu sondajele care anunţau victoria sa în mai multe regiuni.
Rezultatele acestor alegeri vor oferi o radiografie a peisajului politic din Franţa, cu zece luni înainte de alegerile prezidenţiale din primăvara anului 2022.
Preşedinţii conservatori la final de mandat Xavier Bertrand în Hauts-de-France, Valerie Pecresse în Ile-de-France şi Laurent Wauquiez Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes mizează să facă din eventuala lor realegere o trambulină în cursa spre Palatul Elysee, în care Xavier Bertrand s-a lansat deja.
La stânga, rezultatul alegerilor regionale va oferi o idee despre raportul de forţe între socialişti şi ecologişti, care s-au aliat în unele regiuni pentru al doilea tur de scrutin.
De partea majorităţi prezidenţiale, ziua se anunţă sumbră, deoarece partidul lui Emmanuel Macron (La Republique en Marche) nu poate spera să câştige nici măcar una dintre cele 13 regiuni.
În pofida mai multor miniştri aflaţi în campanie, numeroase liste nu au atins nici măcar cele 10% necesare pentru a se menţine în al doilea tur.
“Republique en Marche nu este implantată la nivel local, dar în 2017 aceasta nu a împiedicat formaţiunea să câştige atât alegerile prezidenţiale, cât şi pe cele legislative”, aminteşte Jessica Sainty, conferenţiar în ştiinţe politice la Universitatea din Avignon (sud).
Câştigătoarele acestor alegeri regionale ar putea fi partidele “tradiţionale”, care dispăruseră din peisajul mediatic în ultimii ani, bulversate de alegerea surpriză a centristului Emmanuel Macron la prezidenţialele din 2017, care şi-a atras simpatizanţi atât dintre votanţii dreptei, cât şi ai stângii, comentează AFP.
Dreapta este într-o poziţie bună pentru a păstra cele şase regiuni pe care le guvernează deja, deşi lupta se anunţă foarte strânsă în Ile de France (regiunea pariziană) şi în Paca (sud-est).
De cealaltă parte, alianţele dintre ecologişti, socialişti şi “Franţa Nesupusă” ( France Insoumis, extrema stângă) ar trebui să permită stângii să câştige mai multe regiuni, conform AFP.
