Compania Națională Poșta Română (CNPR) a anunțat joi demararea celei mai mari investiții din ultimele patru decenii pentru modernizare și digitalizare.
Potrivit unui comunicat al companiei, Poșta Română a intrat de anul trecut într-un proces de modernizare şi a demarat ample investiţii, o mare parte dintre acestea beneficiind de finanţare printr-un credit de 200 milioane lei, dar şi prin bugetare proprie sau accesare de fonduri ne/rambursabile.
Directorul Poştei Române, Horia Grigorescu, a declarat că, până la finalul acestui an, compania va achiziţiona o linie de sortare automatizată la Centrul de Tranzit Cluj, care va genera o creştere a eficienţei pe lanţul de distribuţie şi livrare. Investiţia se ridică la 14,8 milioane lei.
Totodată, pentru automatizarea proceselor logistice se va înfiinţa Centrul de Tranzit Bucureşti Nord-Otopeni, o investiţie de 93,5 milioane lei, care va duce la creşterea operabilităţii, sporirea eficienţei în viteza de prelucrare a volumului de trimiteri în Capitală, reducerea timpilor de livrare şi creşterea cifrei de afaceri a companiei.
Unul dintre principalele obiective în procesul de modernizare al Poştei Române este însă digitalizarea. Astfel, până în 2023, Poşta Română va implementa un sistem informatic integrat şi centralizat, bazat pe tehnologii şi arhitecturi moderne care îndeplinesc cerinţele de performanţă. Totodată, se va implementa un nou sistem informatic de gestiune care va înlocui modulele din aplicaţiile utilizate în prezent de Poşta Română pentru domeniile economic, comercial, resurse umane, imobiliar, parc auto şi operaţional. De asemenea, urmează achiziţii specifice componentelor hardware şi software, bugetul total pentru aceste proiecte fiind de 128,3 milioane lei.
„În ultimul an, am iniţiat procese de transformare şi reformă necesare companiei pentru a răspunde clienţilor noştri, în concordanţă cu actualele cerinţe de piaţă, digitalizare, automatizare, robotizare, respectiv performanţă, calitate şi eficienţă. Trecerea la noua eră informaţională, transformarea digitală prin comunicarea electronică, comerţul online, reprezintă oportunităţi în întărirea rolului şi locului Poştei Române în societatea românească”, a declarat Horia Grigorescu.
Acesta a anunțat că Poșta Română se află în discuţii cu reprezentanţii Grupului Băncii Mondiale şi cei ai Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, pentru a beneficia de asistenţă tehnică în vederea pregătirii pentru rolul de vehicul de implementare al unui program naţional de creştere a gradului de incluziune financiară a populaţiei României, în special din zonele rural şi mic-urban fără acces la minime servicii financiare.
„Datorită reţelei sale şi a acoperirii teritoriale, Poşta Română poate fi un vehicul optim de implementare a unui astfel de program, având în vedere disparităţile dintre mediile urban şi rural, întrucât 75% din populaţia mediului rural şi 40% din populaţia adultă a ţării (conform unui raport realizat de Grupul Băncii Mondiale) este lipsită de acces la minimele servicii financiare, având drept consecinţă şi un grad foarte scăzut de alfabetizare financiară şi digitală. Un pas vital va fi autorizarea Poştei Române ca instituţie de plată pentru crearea birourilor financiare şi punerea la dispoziţia cetăţenilor a conturilor poştale, pentru a beneficia de o gamă largă de servicii financiare, integrate într-o singură soluţie software. Ulterior, va fi facută trecerea de la conturi poştale, la conturi bancare”, se arată în comunicat.
