Proprietarul câinilor care au atacat recent un copil din municipiul Sfântu Gheorghe, rănindu-l grav, a fost plasat în arest la domiciliu pentru 30 de zile, a informat Inspectoratul Judeţean de Poliţie Covasna.
Conform sursei citate, sâmbătă, bărbatul de 41 de ani, cercetat în cazul minorului atacat de câini în municipiul Sfântu Gheorghe, a fost prezentat Judecătoriei Sfântu Gheorghe pentru luarea măsurilor legale, iar instanţa a dispus luarea măsurii preventive a arestului la domiciliu pentru 30 de zile.
Bărbatul este cercetat pentru neluarea măsurilor de prevenire a atacului canin.
“La data de 19 februarie, procurorul din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Judecătoria Sfântu Gheorghe a dispus punerea în mişcare a acţiunii penale faţă de proprietarul exemplarelor canine implicate în atac, o persoană în vârstă de 41 de ani, pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de “neluarea de către proprietarul câinelui sau deţinătorul temporar al acestuia a măsurilor de prevenire a atacului canin asupra unei persoane”. (…) S-a reţinut că la data de 15 februarie, în jurul orei 15,20, inculpatul, în calitate de deţinător al mai multor exemplare canine catalogate ca fiind câini periculoşi sau agresivi, nu a luat măsurile de prevenire a atacului canin şi a permis ca animalele să părăsească perimetrul proprietăţii sale, să ajungă în loc public fără botniţă şi fără a fi ţinute în lesă, unde au atacat persoana vătămată, un minor în vârstă de 10 ani, şi i-au provocat prin muşcare leziuni traumatice deosebit de grave, care necesită 55 – 60 de zile de îngrijiri medicale, dacă nu survin complicaţii şi care i-au pus viaţa în pericol”, se arată într-un comunicat de presă al Parchetului.
Copilul a fost atacat de câini pe strada Fermei din Sfântu Gheorghe, în timp ce mergea de la şcoală spre casă, el fiind internat la un spital din Braşov pentru intervenţii chirurgicale.
