Incepand de saptamana viitoare, testarea anti COVID-19 ar trebui sa inceapa, teoretic, si in farmacii. Cel putin asa sustin oficialii din Sanatate, care afirma ca sunt farmacisti care si-au aratat disponibilitatea de a se implica si de a aplica teste antigen persoanelor interesate, in schimbul unei sume rezonabile.
In realitate, insa, masura este dificil de pus in practica, arata oamenii din sistem.
Testarea in farmacii nu este obligatorie si este vazuta ca o posibilitate. Pentru a putea face testare, farmacia trebuie sa indeplineasca o serie de conditii din perspectiva spatiului, respectiv sa dispuna de circuite separate, o sala de asteptare si personal calificat, care sa poata transmite rezultatele testului nu doar catre pacient, ci si catre directiile de sanatate publica, in cazul unui test pozitiv.
Pe 7 aprilie, Colegiul Farmacistilor din Romania a avut termen de a trimite propuneri la proiectul de ordin lansat in dezbatere publica de Ministerul Sanatatii. Conform documentului citat, testarea in farmacii se va face exclusiv cu teste rapide antigenice – cu recoltare din nas sau din gat – si va fi tot contra cost. Acelasi ordin prevede ca kiturile de testare vor fi livrate gratuit, iar farmaciile isi vor putea fixa costul de testare amintit.
Colegiul Farmacistilor: “Nu poate sa inceapa de maine”
“Nu este deloc imposibil, este ceea ce ne dorim si noi, este ceea ce vom face in farmacii, pentru ca este foarte important ca acest test sa fie recoltat corect”, a explicat Andreea Moldovan, secretar de stat in Ministerul Sanatatii, cea care a si lansat ideea ca testarea poate incepe de saptamana viitoare.
Oficiali din cadrul Colegiului Farmacistilor din Romania au explicat pentru Ziare.com ca nu s-au stabilit inca acele conditii prin care sa se faca testarea in farmacii.
“Testarea va incepe, exista o disponibilitate a unei parti din farmacisti pentru aceasta activitate, dar pentru ca ordinul sa devina functional s-au propus niste amendamente. Nu vorbim de o obligativitate, ci de o posibilitate ca unele farmacii sa faca acest lucru, dar chiar si cele care vor sa faca au de respectat niste conditii clare ca sa devina functional. Nu poate sa inceapa de maine”, au declarat sursele citate.
Circuite si conditii greu de gasit in farmacii
Vasile Barbu, presedintele Asociatiei Nationale pentru Protectia Pacientilor (ANPP), spune ca nu exista farmacii in care sa poata fi facuta testare. Cel putin nu in prezent si cu siguranta nu in Bucuresti.
“La nivelul Bucurestiului nu am intalnit nicio farmacie care sa corespunda unor norme de distantare, a unor conditii de spatiu care sa fie si confidential. Nu poti sa testezi in fata publicului, pentru ca cineva trebuie sa scoata masca, sa mai si emane aerosolii poate incarcati cu particule contaminate cu coronavirus. Farmacia trebuie sa aiba aerisire, sa existe posibilitatea de a dezinfecta dupa fiecare pacient in parte, personalul trebuie sa aiba echipament, persoana care face aceste teste trebuie sa fie bine instruite”, a explicat Vasile Barbu pentru Ziare.com.
Un alt element esential il reprezinta sala de asteptare, puncteaza reprezentantul pacientilor.
“Trebuie circuit separat, in momentul in care persoana trebuie sa astepte pentru rezultat, e nevoie de o sala de asteptare. Cand i se comunica rezultatul pacientului, se comunica si catre DSP. Cand cineva intra pe aceeasi usa pe unde intra si pacientii care iau medicamente, nu e in regula. Va dati seama in ce situatii e pusa o persoana care are test pozitiv. Nu respingem acest lucru, dar e nevoie de reglementari clare”, a completat presedintele ANPP.
Confidentialitatea datelor pacientului
Daca in farmaciile din Bucuresti e dificil sa faci testare, situatia in teritoriu nu e nici pe departe una imbucuratoare.
“La nivel de Bucuresti am intrat in toate farmaciile. Nu am identificat vreo farmacie care sa poata sa faca asa ceva. Foarte multe farmacii de provincie au spatii limitate. Nu vedem unde ar putea farmacia sa amenajeze un circuit separat. Tine si de siguranta pacientului in ceea ce priveste neexpunerea la riscul de contaminare. Pe de alta parte, trebuie sa tii cont de confidentialitatea datelor cu care lucrezi. Sunt lucruri importante despre care nu se vorbeste”, a conchis Vasile Barbu.
